Charming staff but noisy nights
The staff were accommodating. They swiftly addressed my request for a room change and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
The noise from the nearby disco was quite disruptive, making it difficult to sleep, especially on weekends.

The hotel is newly remodelled, nestled in a nice building in the centre of the city. The staff in general is good. The venue has particularly good and marvellous setting in Bavaro district just off restaurants and stores as well as clubs and bars. 400 metres are distance to the restaurant. It's my first option in Punta Cana, thank you.

Check-in took forever with no staff acknowledgment!!! Noise from nearby clubs and gas stations was unbearable late into the night!!! Air conditioning barely worked, and Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at best throughout the hotel!!!

The room of the hotel was reasonably large and good. Need to add that city view was a good bonus. The pool was nice, the staff here was polite and nice.

The air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room adequately, taking all day to do so. Full-sized bedrooms lacked essential items like hangers and remotes. Plus, the additional charges were unexpected and not ideal.

I was happy with hotel's particularly good location in the garden. The staff was NICE and excellent all the time. Location: the property was really close to a good local restaurants and main beach road. What's more, it was 10 mins drive from Vista Sol Punta Cana.
